Dear JA Families,

I hope that you enjoyed a wonderful long weekend. Last Thursday, many of our students had an opportunity to share their LEAP projects with their peers and we were all very impressed with the range and intricacy of the projects. Tomorrow is our 30^th Anniversary Party and I am looking forward to seeing many of you tomorrow evening. Uniform Fitting Day – Save the Date!!!

Our uniform supplier, McCarthy’s, will be joining us after school on Tuesday, June 11^th to provide uniform fittings and ordering opportunities for all of our students. (This will also be the evening of our school Fun Fair) All orders can be shipped directly to your home this summer. Additional details will be sent home later this spring.

Real Food for Real Kids Update

As mentioned in our previous WW, following the March Break, RFRK let us know that they are dropping schools from their business model. However, we were been able to negotiate an opportunity to continue offering the RFRK Lunch Club next year!

Thank you to everyone who participated in the survey we sent out. As a result, we will be able to continue to offer this lunch program.

Spring Concert – Save the Date!!!

This year’s Spring Concert will be held on Thursday, May 9^th, 2019 and the theme will be Back to the Future. More details about the evening and ticket sales are coming soon! If you are interested in helping decorate for this event, please contact Nick Johnson, njohnson@junioracademy.com.

Grandparent / Special Friend Day – Save the Date

May 16^th is Grandparents and Special Friends day at Junior Academy. All students are invited to ask a Grandparent or a Special Friend (adult) to come to school.  The event will run from 10:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. If your child’s grandparent or special friend is able to attend, please RSVP to Nick Johnson, njohnson@junioracademy.com .
